MOORFIELDS ADVISORY APPOINTED ADMINISTRATORS OVER DEVELOPMENT NEAR HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Property specialists Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas have been appointed joint administrators over TG Flaunden Limited on 4^th September 2017.

TG Flaunden owns an equestrian centre near Hemel Hempstead. The site has planning to convert two barns into residential use and extend the coach house. The site also has stables, a riding manege and 14 acres of arable land.

The administrators are currently reviewing the strategy prior to bringing the property to market.
