MOORFIELDS APPOINTED ADMINISTRATORS OVER PART BUILD DEVELOPMENT SITE IN KENT

Property specialists Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of Moorfields have been appointed joint Administrators over Beach Street Associates Limited.

The property development company based in Kent was in the process of building 14 town houses in a sought after location in Rochester.

“Beach Street unfortunately suffered a number of delays and costs overruns which left them unable to complete their recent development. We feel confident that the completed properties will achieve good prices, so we have retained the current contractors to finish the build. The development will be re-launched for sale in the next couple of months” said Arron Kendall, joint administrator
