London based training provider enters Liquidation

Simon Thomas and Nick O’Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery Ltd, were appointed Joint Liquidators over Deliverers Consultancy Limited (“DCL”) on 13 January 2015.

Established in 2007, DCL was a learning consultancy business providing bespoke training programmes to its clients both in the UK and internationally.

Unfortunately, the company lost a major contract late last year which resulted in a significant loss and was unable to negotiate more favourable terms with suppliers and the landlord resulting in the Director instructing Moorfields to place the business into Liquidation.
