MOORFIELDS ADVISORY APPOINTED RECEIVERS OVER INDUSTRIAL UNITS AND LAND IN COVENTRY

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall have been appointed joint receivers over an industrial property and land in Coventry on 28^th July 2017.

Jesson House is an industrial building compromises a 3 storey commercial premises with parking covering 4,4685q.ft. The land on the front side of Tomington Avenue, formerly trading as Midas Metal Finishing is located in a well-known industrial estate. The main building is C.20,000, sq ft and is not in use.

The receivers are currently managing the sites and will be marketing the properties early this year.
