MOORFIELDS ADVISORY ISSUE UPDATE ON HOTCHA

Joint administrators Simon Thomas and Nick O'Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Advisory, have today issued the following statement on Hotcha:

Since our appointment on the 18th October 2017, Moorfields has focused on undertaking an accelerated marketing campaign in order to seek a purchaser for all or some of the Company's assets, comprising a portfolio of leasehold properties, commercial catering and office equipment and intellectual property

Regrettably no suitable offers were received to purchase the business infrastructure as a whole so the company has now ceased trading.

Offers to acquire individual assets or equipment were forthcoming and steps are now being taken to complete these disposals for the benefit of the Company's creditors.
