MOORFIELDS ADVISORY SECURE BUYER FOR LEADING CORPORATE AND FINANCIAL PRINTING COMPANY
Moorfields Advisory are pleased to have secured the sale of specialist corporate and financial printer Sterling Financial Print to The Color Company.
Established in 1988, Sterling Financial Print specialises in producing and distributing all forms of financial and corporate literature including company’s IPO prospectus to the design and printing of its Annual Report. The company’s client list includes major investment banks, top tier city law firms and blue chip companies.
The Board approached Moorfields in an advisory role to provide restructuring advice and options, in conjunction with marketing the business for sale. Whilst there was initial interest in a solvent sale, a satisfactory solution could not be found and a sale of the business was completed via a pre-packaged sale out of Administration shortly after the appointment on 21 April 2023.
