MOORFIELDS ADVISORY SECURE SALE OF COSMETIC PRACTICE

Moorfields Advisory, a leading restructuring and insolvency firm, has successfully secured the sale of Cranley Clinic Ltd, a cosmetics clinic operating from Harley Street, London.

The clinic, which provides dermatology, skin health, cosmetic procedures and treatments, had started to struggle from reduced trade during the pandemic and was unable to recover from the losses suffered.

Joint Administrators Mike Solomons and Andy Pear completed a pre-packaged sale out of Administration shortly after their appointment on 14 June 2023, ensuring minimal disruption to the clinic's customers and saving the jobs of 8 employees.
