MOORFIELDS APPOINTED ADMINISTRATORS OF PIONEERING SUSTAINABLE PLANT BASED SODA MANUFACTURER

Restructuring and recovery specialists Andy Pear and Milan Vuceljic of Moorfields Advisory were appointed Joint Administrators of Gunna Drinks Limited on 24 January 2025.

The company established in 2016 traded under the name Gunna and manufactured soft drinks and mineral waters specialising in eco-firendly, health-conscious flavoured lemonade. The company expanded into the USA in 2022 trading under Gunna Craft Soda Inc. Unfortunately, despite positive reviews and impressive website/social presence the company struggled and in 2024 developed a new strategy but was unfortunately unable to secure funding.
