Moorfields appointed administrators over Acquafish Limited

Simon Thomas and Fred Satow of Moorfields Corporate Recovery were appointed joint administrators of Acquafish, a fish wholesaler in South London.

The company supplied fresh and frozen fish to restaurants across London.

An Invoice Finance Company providing factoring to the company over a number of years, however with a fall in sales in Q1 2011, the directors made the decision to wind up the affairs of the company by appointing Moorfields Corporate Recovery as administrators.

Moorfields successfully sold the residual stock and equipment and are collecting the outstanding sales ledger on behalf of the Invoice Finance company and creditors.
