Property specialists Arron Kendall and Nick O’Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields were appointed Administrators over Alexander Short Properties Limited on 30 March 2016.

The office and industrial complex in Cumbernauld, Glasgow consists of 32 commercial and industrial units totalling 183,845 sq ft on Westfield Industrial Estate.

Moorfields will continue to manage the site whilst developing a long term strategy to increase capital value.
