Moorfields appointed Administrators over commercial property company in Manchester

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendal have been appointed joint receivers over High Views Developments Limited on 23 November 2016.

The company managed two commercial properties, Epsilon house a three-story fully let building and Beta House also a three-story office block, both properties are in Denton.

Moorfields are currently looking to hold the properties whilst reviewing the leases with a view to selling the properties in due course. 

The administrators are currently continuing to trade the properties whilst increasing tenancy.
