Moorfields appointed Administrators over Eastbourne Property Portfolio

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields were appointed Administrators over Freshfield Contracting Limited on 6 January 2016.

The company owned a large residential portfolio in Eastbourne consisting of 23 contemporary waterside apartments and a 4 bedroom penthouse overlooking the Marina.

The administrators are currently resolving some tenant issues and maximising occupancy prior to placing the apartments on the market.
