Moorfields appointed Administrators over Property Investment Company

Property insolvency specialists Moorfields Corporate Recovery Ltd have been appointed Administrators over Southcourt Properties Limited on 30 October 2014.

The property portfolio consists of various retail and commercial properties in Bridgend, Wales and vacant office/industrial space in Hertfordshire.

Moorfields Corporate Recovery will be looking to manage and then dispose of the assets over the next couple of months.
