Moorfields appointed administrators over Scottish Construction Company

Property company Seadon Construction has been forced to enter administration following financial difficulties.

Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall Property specialists of Moorfields have been appointed joint administrators on 26^th July 2016.

The company had a portfolio of seven residential lets, a hotel, an industrial yard and a residential property located in Creetown and Newton Stewart in South West Scotland.

Moorfields will market the properties immediately.

The recent Brexit vote will do little to install confidence in the industry with property developers and investors remaining unsure on how the vote will affect the market.
