Moorfields appointed Joint Liquidators of Motor Vehicle Dealer in Devon

Simon Thomas and Nick O’Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery Ltd, were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bassets of Tavistock Limited on 2 Sept 2014.

Bassets of Tavistock were a car sales business trading in Plymouth since March 2009 but suffered difficulties following a period of slow sales. Unfortunately as a result the directors struggled to manage their existing borrowings and in August 2014 they were placed into liquidation.
