Moorfields appointed Liquidators over Travel Boutique in Staffordshire

Simon Thomas and Nick O’Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery Ltd, were appointed joint liquidators of Timeless Travel Limited on 14 October 2014.

The boutique travel firm established in 2010 in the West Midlands specialised in bespoke fly drive holidays to USA and Canada including cruising holidays to Alaska.

Simon Thomas, Joint Administrator “Timeless Travel  regrettably faced difficulties due to increased competition from online travel agents and whilst it had over 40 years combined experience they found profit margins were difficult to compete with. The issues faced by Timeless Travel are similar to those faced by many retailers and service providers who have found that having a high street presence has become less important and finding an online niche is essential.”
