Moorfields appointed LPA Receivers of 6 Residential Care Homes on the south coast

Simon Thomas and Nicholas O’Reilly of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP, were appointed LPA Receivers over 6 Residential Care Homes on the South Coast on 23 January 2014.

The homes are based in Folkestone, Margate, Lydd and Sturry and are serviced by a workforce of over 100 staff. 

In conjunction with appointed specialist healthcare management agents Goldcare Future Management Ltd, Moorfields will continue to manage all sites whilst developing a long term strategy to rectify any deficiencies and improve the level of care provided. Once this has been achieved the businesses will be marketed as going concerns.
