Moorfields appointed over business and Grade II listed building in Gloucestershire

Property specialist Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of leading restructuring and insolvency firm Moorfields, was appointed join receivers over Brockworth Court in Gloucestershire on 7 April 2016.

The site consists of Brockworth House which is a grade II listed 8 bedroom house built between 1534 and 1539. In addition there is a business centre with approximately 30 commercial units used by Priory Crafts Limited, and a linked wedding venue Tithe Barn.

Moorfields are currently rectifying some access issues with the land prior to marketing the property.
