MOORFIELDS APPOINTED OVER COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO IN DARLINGTON

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields were appointed Administrative Receivers over a Commercial Portfolio in Darlington on 1^st December 2015.

The portfolio consists of 6 commercial properties and a car park, all based in Darlington, County Durham.

Moorfields are currently managing the assets and are working closely with the secured creditor to maximise its returns under the security.
