The portfolio consists of three commercial properties in Nottingham, comprising a serviced office accommodation in the historic Lace Market, currently let on a 5-year lease, a vacant office and workshop building in the village of East Bridgford and a vacant, 4-storey terraced building situated in the city centre providing office accommodation and parking area.

Moorfields are currently marketing the properties for sale.
