Property specialists Moorfields Advisory were appointed over a part-built conversion of a former farm and farm buildings, on 19 March 2020.

Located on the outskirts of Bridgwater, Somerset, the development site comprises a large farmhouse, 2 cottages and a range of barns and outbuildings.

The site has planning permission to convert the farm buildings into 15 residential houses and apartments.

Moorfields are currently marketing the property for sale.
