Moorfields appointed over luxury residential property developer

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendal have been appointed joint administrators over Parkside Luxury Homes Limited on 30 January 2017.

Parkside Luxury Homes developed 23 houses, apartments and penthouses in Keadby. In addition, the company holds 16 acres of agricultural land with a 3-bedroom farmhouse, chapel and outhouse.

Moorfields are currently formulating a strategy to maximise the value of the properties prior to sale.
