Moorfields appointed over Property Development Company in Dorset

Leading Property Insolvency specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall of Moorfields were appointed Joint Administrators of Capstone Building Limited on 24 November 2015.

Capstone Building Limited is a property development company based in Dorset. The company was in the process of developing 5 luxury sea view homes in a sought after location in Lyme Regis but unfortunately encountered financial difficulties following a fatal accident on site and cost overruns.

Moorfields will be looking at options to maximise returns to creditors including the completion of the development.
