Moorfields appointed over Student Housing Portfolio in Sheffield

Property insolvency specialists Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of leading restructuring and insolvency firm Moorfields were appointed Administrative Receivers over Sevenhill Estates Limited on 19^th November 2015.

The company held a portfolio of properties in and around Sheffield which they rented out to students and young professionals.

Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall are looking for potential purchasers for each of the properties.
