Moorfields appointed Receivers over residential portfolio in Stoke on Trent

Property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall have been appointed joint receivers over a portfolio of apartments in Stoke on Trent.

The portfolio consists of 9 apartments above retail and commercial properties.

The receivers are currently managing the properties whilst a realisation strategy is agreed with the lender.
