Moorfields assist Fortis Employment

On the 8th April Fortis Employment Services Limited and Westaff (UK) Limited appointed Joint Administrators Simon Thomas and Frederick Satow of Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP (formerly RSM Bentley Jennison & Co LLP).

The move was made almost a year after the company took private ownership following the acquisition of 100% of its shareholding (for an undisclosed sum), on 31st March 2008, by its UK Managing Director, David Mogford.

Under the terms of the management buy-out, Mogford took personal ownership of the UK division and its 22 branches nationwide, which will now sit within the newly formed, Fortis Recruitment Group Ltd.

According to two notices dated the same day the business is now running under the new name of Fortis Personnel Services Ltd trading as Westaff with David Mogford as Director.
