Moorfields Completes Sale of Masco Limited
A buyer has been found for the assets of Masco Limited, which entered liquidation on 14 July 2017.
Masco Limited was the sole UK importer and distributor for KYMCO Motorcycles. Appointed liquidators Moorfields Advisory advise that the company’s bikes, parts and other intellectual property assets have been successfully sold to KYMCO Healthcare UK Limited, which already distributes KYMCO’s mobility products in the UK.
Nick O’Reilly, Joint Liquidator at Moorfields, said “I am delighted that we have facilitated the continued supply of Kymco Motorcycles in the UK and have achieved value for the assets of Masco Limited”
