MOORFIELDS COMPLETES SALE OF SOFTWARE SERVICES GROUP TDB FUSION

A buyer has been found for the assets of UK software Group, TDB Fusion, which entered liquidation on 3^rd August 2017.

The Group was founded in 2002 and operated from Bracknell in Berkshire. The Group specialised in the supply, implementation, configuration and support of network and data centre management systems for Blue Chip companies across the UK.

Appointed liquidators Moorfields Advisory advise that the Group’s physical and intellectual property assets have been successfully sold to American software company Monolith Software LLC and its subsidiary, Monolith Software Services UK Limited, which hope to use the assets to develop its services to the UK and Europe.

Nick O’Reilly, Joint Liquidator at Moorfields, said “I am delighted that we have achieved value for the assets of the TDB Fusion Group. It is likely that the purchaser will approach certain former employees of the Group with offers of employment.”
