Moorfields successfully secures sale of Grade II building in Nottinghamshire

Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields were appointed Joint LPA Receivers over a Grade II listed building in Nottinghamshire on 29 January 2016.

The property includes numerous out buildings, stables and a coach house with huge potential for further development. Moorfields achieved a sale of the property within 8 weeks of appointment for above asking price.
