Moorfields successfully sell Recruitment Group rescuing over 40 Jobs

Administrators at Moorfields Corporate Recovery have rescued a struggling recruitment group through a pre-pack administration sale.

Simon Thomas and Shelley Bullman of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP were appointed Administrators over NJF Search International Limited, NJF Contracts Limited and Global Trading Practice Limited in July 2013, following a winding up petition issued by HM Revenue & Customs.

The executive recruitment group which had traded since 2003 specialised in commodities, global capital markets, investment, quantitative finance, risk and the technology sectors, placing candidates in both UK and international vacancies.

Moorfields confirmed the group was sold on the 26th July 2013 following a comprehensive marketing campaign and will now trade collectively as NJF Global Holdings Limited.
