New Senior appointment at Moorfields to boost presence in the South East

Leading restructuring and insolvency firm Moorfields Advisory Ltd, take on David Gilbert as Partner to boost growth in the South East.

With over 30 years’ experience David is well recognised within the insolvency sector and has a wealth of experience to bring to the team. He has a broad range of expertise including company turnaround and restructuring, as well as formal insolvency and lender reviews whilst working across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail and licenced trade.

His established reputation and experience meant he pioneered the Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA), first presenting on the subject at the Insolvency Practitioners Annual Conference back in 1989.

David is well recognised for his passion in helping struggling businesses with turnaround strategies and his ability to help directors and stakeholders take a step back and review all options
