Complaints Procedure
Moorfields is the trading name of Moorfields Advisory Limited registered in England and Wales No 13642315. VAT Number GB 402 0032 82. The company’s registered office is at 82 St John Street, London EC1M 4JN.
The institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales authorises Arron Kendall and Milan Vuceljic and the Insolvency Practitioners Association authorises Andrew Pear, Michael Solomons and Richard Keley to act as insolvency practitioners in the UK under section 390A (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
Office Holders acting as Administrators or Administrative Receivers manage the affairs, business and property of the debtor subject to the appointment and contract only as agent of the debtor and without personal liability. Office Holders acting as Receivers manage the property of the Mortgagor and contract only as agent of the Mortgagor and without personal liability.
Moorfields strives to provide an excellent service and we are committed to a process of continuous improvement. As such should you have any comments or complaints regarding our services you should contact Andrew Pear in the first instance at Moorfields, 82 St John Street, London EC1M 4JN.
Should you consider that Moorfields have not dealt with your comments appropriately you may request we perform an internal independent review of your complaint. This review would be undertaken by a person within Moorfields not involved in the assignment and would be co-ordinated by the Compliance Director. A request for a review can be made in writing to the Compliance Manager, Moorfields, 82 St John Street, London EC1M 4JN.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response then you may be able to make a complaint via the Insolvency Practitioner Complaints Gateway. The contact details for the Gateway are:
